We share general information about career and leadership coaching. Reading it cannot take account of your full situation and is not professional legal, health or financial advice.

Starting work together

Contacting us creates no obligation for either party. Services start only when suitability, objectives, fees, cancellations and confidentiality have been confirmed.

Fair use

You may navigate, link to and quote brief passages with attribution. Do not scrape the site, impersonate Clarity Works, disrupt access or use material to create a competing commercial product.

Rights in the material

Original words, identity and visual design are protected by intellectual-property law. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Changes and continuity

We may update or withdraw website material without notice. We aim for accurate, available pages but cannot warrant that a public internet service will always be error-free.

Legal limitations

Our liability is not restricted where doing so would be unlawful. Within lawful limits, Clarity Works is not liable for remote, indirect or unanticipated consequences of general website use.
